Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NEZA Projects INC. Because we provide customized services and dedicate resources to projects immediately upon agreement, our refund policy is strict. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy (No Refunds)
All sales are final. NEZA Projects INC. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for services rendered, project deposits, or custom project fees. Once a project has commenced, all payments made are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits, retainers, or initial payments required to secure project dates or initiate work are strictly non-refundable. These funds are utilized for scheduling, purchasing materials, or reserving personnel for your specific project.
3. Cancellations
If a client terminates a project or contract before completion, NEZA Projects INC. is entitled to retain all funds paid up to that date, as allowed under Illinois law, to cover work performed, materials ordered, and administrative time. No refunds will be issued for work in progress or scheduled, yet uncompleted, tasks.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following, rare circumstances:

NEZA Projects INC. is unable to perform the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

A duplicate transaction or billing error occurred.
5. Requesting a Review
If you believe your project qualifies for an exception, you must submit a written request to Info@nezaprojects.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request; however, all decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of NEZA Projects INC. Management.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
